I was recommended to Air System A/C Heating and Refrigeration by my realtor, and spoke directly to the owner, Carlos Jimenez, who professionally reviewed my whole out dated system and provided a detailed estimate of options and fully answered all my questions to install a whole new Trane unit. His techs were also very professional and answered all my questions...everything was explained and work done as promised...it turned out to be a great experience working with Carlos, and his staff...

April 2022 update: Still happily using Air Systems. Thank you Anita for your help and patience! AC wasn't cooling, and estimate from another popular HVAC/Plumbing company wanted to charge me $10,000 for new HVAC system. I called Air Systems, who I've been using over 5 years and found I need to only replace coils, still under warranty, and add new refrigerant. Thank you for your honesty Mark!! You just SAVED ME THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS!

Carlos and the Airsystems team did a fantastic job replacing my 15 year old A/C systems with 2 new Trane systems. The workers showed up as promised and got right to work. They were very neat and clean up after each day and made sure I knew what was completed and what to expect. Truly thankful.

Had Air Systems out for my annual spring a/c tuneup.
They were very respectful concerning the current Covid19 pandemic. Took all precautions ie; masks, gloves etc, as well as little close contact as possible. Also found a bad part with my unit, and after finding out is was under warranty, they swapped it right then. Air systems installed my unit in 2014, and they’ve been there for me ever since. Trane A/C units are the best and Air Systems is the best. Excellent every time.

Mike was a pleasure to deal with. He was informative about any issues and did not try to pressure me into buying anything extra or unnecessary. Price was reasonable. I'm a happy customer and will use Air Systems for any of my AC and heating maintenance or repairs.

We have a two-story home with a dedicated A/C unit for each floor. In July, we had Air Systems replace the 20+ year old 4-ton downstairs A/C unit with a modern 17 SEER unit. We love it so much, we hired Air Systems again to replace the 2.5-ton A/C unit for the upstairs. The upstairs unit was also over 20 years old, broke at least once every summer (without fail) and even though it was supposedly fully charged, never cooled the upstairs properly. We hadn’t planned on replacing it so soon after the 4-ton unit but we appreciate the quality of the Trane unit (so quiet and efficient) and the expert installation of the Air Systems team so much, we went for it. This replacement was no different than the first. Very well done the first time and our upstairs area is now as cool as the downstairs. Also, please note that I arranged for 3 quotes from different A/C installation companies the first go around and Air Systems was definitely more competitive, especially in regards to value. This time, I saw no need for an additional round of competitive quotes for the 2.5-ton unit. My wife and I now have peace of mind knowing these units will operate as designed and if there is a problem, Air Systems is here to resolve it.

Replaced h/ac, duct work, and insulation. I so appreciate the respect this business showed me and my home. Mr Jimenez took the time to inform me so that I could make the best decision as to the system needed. No pressure and lots of patience! He was accessible throughout the project. Price is very competitive. Technicians were skilled and respectful of my home. I am so pleased and without hesitation I would recommend this company
