This company replaced my two split unit AC/heaters in my tiny home. They were sent out when the first company sent by my warranty failed to fix the issue for 3 months! A Action Aire contacted me & had the units replaced in no time flat! The receptionist was pleasant & informative. The work crew, especially the lead electrician, stayed with the work despite sub freezing temps, obscure parts, units up at ceiling level, and a long long day. To have AC & heat working properly after 3 months of waiting for the competitor was like a gift. They came all the way from San Antonio to just south of Austin to help me. I'm so pleased, so impressed, I will use them again without hesitation. It's been 2 months since they fixed my units & they are working like a dream.

While I was working; my (BRAND NEW) houses thermostat was removed and relocated across the whole house to a very awkward spot right outside my bedroom door, all to be of convince of the technicians. This work order was a result of a previous service I had to pay 1500.00 for which ended up shorting a wire.
These very INCAPABLE workers made excuses as to why it was necessary to move- but not to me, to my dad. My dad was only there to let them in for the work. His name was not anywhere on that work order PERIOD, I got 2 stories from Donna (the customer service rep) and my father. Donna told me the whole fact that the wire shorted simultaneously the second the 1st service call was finished (without proper testing) was a COINCIDENCE.
Regardless the initial technician DID NOT test to make sure the thermostat worked before leaving- the A/C never stopped blowing full blast, never turned off, etc.
To top everything off- Donna told me the technicians will cover/patch the holes and make the UNWELCOMED CHANGES not a eyesore.
As you all see- ABSOLUTELY NO REPAIRS WERE DONE FOR WORK THAT WAS NOT CLEARED BY ME.

We have 4 A/C units at my work, 3 went down, they came out and claimed they had to order parts because they where none available in San Antonio and it would take about 4 weeks I’ve called them two or three time inquiring about the part because it’s very hot in our office. The third time they told me the parts where coming in that week and they would set up a time to get them fix now a month later and still no call. If you can’t do the job that’s fine but say something. I called another company “My Favorite A/C Company” the first day they came out to check and the second day they came back with everything and fixed all three units, and they didn’t charge me for any Freon, due to the fact that A-Action came out and already charged us for it and didn’t fix anything. Believe the good reviews if you want but for me they are a ZERO as a company. As far as the parts you said you ordered keep them if you really did order them.
3 months of false promises. Thank you A-Action.

Called them after another company couldn't decide if they could get to me the same day. These guys looked at my address and got to me within 2 hours. Got my 15 year old unit back up and running on a hot day. Suggested a new unit but respected my decision to just patch it for now. I will call them in the future.

They installed and re-installed my parents' system and dealt quickly and accurately with any issue that has come up. When our system quit on a hot summer day the receptionist/dispatcher found a technician late in the afternoon to help us and answered a late-night voicemail for a follow-up visit the very next morning and a technician was again on the way. I'm very pleased with this company and their service.

Very nice tech came out to check my Moms thermostat. Changed it out and checked inside & outside units. Very respectful, explained what he was doing. Asked if we has any other questions.

terrible customer service! I had an appointment today for them to come fix my air conditioning, and they didn't show up never called, someone named Donna was rude to me and told me "I don't want to get in the middle of that! meaning you don't want to fix my a/c or what??? she talked down to me multiple times like I'm stupid, I was surprised since they play Christian music on their hold music, I thought they would be kind and helpful, as Christians should be but NOPE!!!
