Replaced both of my home air conditioners in a day and one half with as little disruption as possible. Large professional, courteous and careful crew. Top quality Trane equipment installed. Nathan Bowles is very knowledgeable and professional. I had previously worked with Nathan for the design and installation of a system for my church. After contacting several companies, Nathan is the only one that proposed solutions that met the performance needs of the church. The system is working great.

I asked Bowles to give me an estimate on a repair or replacement. The owner worked with me on financing. Their work and customer service has been top notch and above other HVAC companies in San Angelo that I've used in the past. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Thanks!

Update- We have used Bowles again for a huge job and I wish I could leave more than 5 stars. We needed two HVAC units replaced, new duct work, an interior unit moved and a closet repurposed, an outside compressor moved, etc..... very extensive work. The owner, Mr. Bowles went over our house extensively to assess our situation and needs and told us detail by detail what needed to be done and was so patient in the midst of our crazy household, God bless him. We timed the work to be done over the Christmas 2019 holidays when we would be out of town. My daughter who came over to feed our cat every day took pictures of the daily progress and, expecting to see a torn up work zone, I was pleasantly surprised to see-every day- that they cleaned up and left the house clean. After the holidays even our neighbors commented on how diligently they worked and how nice they were..... which led to another neighbor using them the following week for his own HVAC replacement. We never feared anything was amiss and felt our home was in secure hands. They went above and beyond on everything- even fixing a totally unrelated item that was incorrectly installed, a fire hazard and something that needed to be addressed and repaired correctly. Their customer service was outstanding and we so appreciate their work ethic and professionalism. Many thanks to Guy, Jerry, Nathan, Caesar, Kris, and upcoming third generation Noah on the main job and Kevin at the follow up visit when special order items were installed. We’re customers for life. You should be too!
We used Bowles on 5/6/19 after the company we used to use literally had no one available. Having seen Bowles trucks in our neighborhood we decided to try them. I called at 8:40 AM and not only did we receive service the same day, the repairman was an hour early which worked out perfectly for my schedule that day. David the repairman was friendly, professional and very fast. The repair to our a/c unit only took him 30 minutes to fix and the price was reasonable. I personally appreciated not being presented with a sales pitch for extra services like a maintenance agreement or service plan. We will definitely use Bowles again!

I highly recommend Bowles Heating and Cooling. They did the installation just as they said they would. The installers were careful and did excellent work. So far the Trane unit they installed has done an excellent job keeping us cool in this heat.

Bowles Heating and Cooling in San Angelo is the company to use for A/C repairs and/or replacement. They are very professional, prompt, responsive, and fairly priced. Great customer service as well.

Called them in the morning due to no ac. I had to leave a message. So I called another Air service and they answered right away, took my information. I finally received a call back at 430 pm. Stating they just received my message. Unfortunately I heard great reviews about them, My experience was not great.

My split unit stopped working and I called them and they sent a technician out right away. He was on time , professional and courteous. And most importantly, Honest.

I am very satisfied with service I have received from the office support, cost of replacement from Mr Bowles and the installation crew. Before my system was suggested to be replaced, I was told why it was best to replace and which brand would give me the results I need. The cost was exactly as quoted. I definitely recommend Bowles Heating and Cooling.

I will recommend Bowles to everyone looking for Heating and cooling help. We had an old AC/heating unit that was going out during the hottest part of the year just recently. We have a newborn in the house. We called for a quote and they showed up same day. Nathan was amazing at explaining everything and truly cared for our situation with a newborn and our AC going in and out at the house. They scheduled us that same week for a total replacement and even showed up a couple days earlier than scheduled due to a cancellation they had in their schedule. The guys that installed were friendly and courteous and made sure to let us know to call if we needed anything after install. We will always use Bowles. What a great local company!

I highly recommend going to Bowles for your HVAC needs. The estimate was scheduled and completed before two of the other businesses in town called me back! I needed to replace two central air systems. The crew installing the systems was professional and courteous. The new Trane systems are quieter, and the house is much cooler. The new systems and thermostats were all explained thoroughly, and all my questions were answered at every step of the way. This is a business you can trust.
