Daniel was able to come out on a Sunday afternoon. He quickly diagnosed and got our system up and running. He was knowledgeable and very personable, he offered us the best value on parts and services to best suit our needs.

Always have been great service, but used them for my grandmother today. I got a call that she has been without AC for a couple of days. I called and they got right to her and fixed her ac so she will have ac again. Very prompt, courteous, and always straight. Thank you!

Great customer service and very fast. Called at 8:00am and was fixed by 11:00am. Everything was fixed properly. Only concern is it was a little pricey ($450 for a capacitor, just for the part-seemed really high), but was just glad to get it fixed quickly.

Daniel Came Out From Blue Star And Was Professional And Very Helpful . Did Everything He Could To Restore My Current System But Unfortunately Its A Hand Me Down From The Flintstones Lol . But He Made Sure I Was Put In Touch With The Right People And Now Im Hopefully Getting A Brand New System Installed

The service was pricey, but the Technician arrived 30 minutes after I called for ac repair, he was very kind, courteous and quick with repair and the customer service given by the woman who receives calls was above and beyond And so I will definitely be using them in the future.
