Through no fault of his own, the aftermath of the install has been challenging. I don't mention this to knock on the guy or his staff; in fact, I mention this for the opposite reason. Steve stands 100% behind his work, and will take care of his customers when things go sideways.

Despite my frustration with some of the things that have happened with my install, he's handled everything with calm and grace, and has taken care of EVERYTHING.
