I was notified by text to let me know the tech was on the way a picture of Steve was included within the text ... when Steve arrived I told him what going on and he knew right off what the issue was.. He replaced the capacitor and he was out within 20 minutes..
He was very professional and I'll be using Oasis again... Hopefully not to soon!

We purchased a new beautiful ac unit from this Company and they came to fit it today. Levi and Samuel were both amazing, professional and friendly. Not only did they install our new unit, they created a new space by removing our new water heater and reattaching so that everything aligned neatly in our closet. They were both extremely knowledgeable and efficient, we will use Oasis for all of our future needs and maintenance and cannot recommend them enough! They are also local in Robinson which makes the deal an even better one!

Charged $550 to run around town looking for parts for 3 hours and still did not fix system. On site about 1 hour. Office said they would make it right. Haven't heard from them since, a month ago.
