Amazing customer service! Our A/C went out on Saturday night so we called Bill the next morning (after seeing great reviews & recommendations from others around Robinson.)

He answered the phone on a Sunday morning & was at our home within an hour. Found our issue, had the correct parts on hand & even walked us through recommendations to make the most out of our current unit (the unit that was sold with our manufactured home was NOT large enough for our square footage but Mr. Bailey helped us on ideas to make it work for the time being.)

I love the fact he is a local guy & someone we could count on during a Texas heat weekend!

I returned home after work and immediately knew something bad was wrong with my AC unit. I called after hours and Bailey Heating & Air responded right away. He stated that they could come tomorrow. I received a call/text first thing in the morning and they were on their way. They explained what was wrong and was able to get my AC back and running. I was thinking worst case scenario and stressed about finances. Nope they fixed what needed to be fixed and it was very reasonable! Thank you very much for coming out as fast as y'all could. I definitely recommend this company.

Bill Bailey installed our home A/C unit in 2019 and we were beyond thankful for his quick installation and the excellent unit we have enjoyed these past years. We were particularly interested in a unit that controlled humidity and his suggestion did not disappoint! We needed the unit checked this week and he made an appointment the very next day. He answered all my questions and gave me clear and easy instructions for some basic yearly maintenance. Bill Bailey is honest, hardworking and cares about his customers.
