Rodolfo was amazing! Our unit wasn’t cooling, I called for service and he arrived within 3 hours. He was very courteous and personable. He fixed the broken capacitor on our unit, and didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need. I would definitely recommend this company and will be using them again in the future!

I have the repairman on video calling his office to let them how much the part was going to cost them and the reaction I see from him on how to charge me, he was shocked, so I know they over charged me . I also saw the invoice of the part cost $259 and they charged me $700 for a repair that took less than 1 1/2 hours to do. I will never do business, nor refer any one else to them. I am very disappointed by their service.

Wow... Terry knocked it out of the park! I had a very complicated situation with my system and Terry was able to figure it out and get my family back into the comfort zone. Terry came on Monday and diagnosed the system and topped of my refrigerant, and I was only charged for the service call. The lines froze up again that night and the system stopped cooling. I called the office and Terry was sent out on Tuesday evening to double check, his boss Brian (one of the owners) even came along to do a deep dive into what the issue was. They figured it out. However the lines froze again that night and Terry came out again (3rd time) this time he asked me if the filter in the unit was the one that is required? I advised that I put in a 5 inch filter to collect more dust. THIS was the final issue among the other that they had found. Once the filter was replaced with the CORRECT filter the system did not freeze up.
So... 3 trips out, 1 with an owner and no additional charges. Also ZERO attempts to sell me anything or lie about what I did not need.
I would HIGHLY recommend that anyone allow these guys to service your AC!!! You can't get much better service than this.

Brandon was excellent! My AC unit smelled like fire and I wasn't sure what to do because I was afraid of causing more harm than good. He responded within minutes of me contacting him and walked me through exactly what I needed to do at no charge. His customer service is amazing and you can tell he really takes pride in his work. If I ever have any issues again I will 100% go to him.

Unlike most other HVAC companies in the DFW area, Home Air Care does not try and sell you an expensive unit just so they can make extra money off of you. They show up the same day you call and fix your system when other companies can not.
