I had had drain problems for years. I had several other popular plumbing companies come and work the problem. None ever solved it and instead told me that I needed to replace ALL of the plumbing under the house for thousands of dollars. I called Port Plumbing, they scheduled an appointment, showed up early, and got right to work. They descaled ALL of the drain pipes, made sure the problem was taken care of, and charged me a really fair price. This company is the most professional and expert company in ALL of the 806 area. Everyone should use their services.

I’ll be calling them again! I live in Snyder, and couldn’t get anyone to help me locally to put in a new water heater. Mine had been out all weekend. They answered my call immediately and had someone come that day ( Monday). They gave me one price up front for the water heater and labor. No hidden fees! The men were extremely nice and got the job done quickly. Thank you! I’ve already referred several to them.

We have used this company a few times, and have never been disappointed. These guys are honest, hard workers and kept us informed. This is a great company!

everyone at Post Plumbing has been nice and patient on the phone and they have really helped us out on our repair calls, even after hours. they have fixed & replaced a/c's and water heaters, and helped us out on drain problems,
they are all nice & have helped keep us operating out here, & to keep the tenants fixed up.

I will share more details when I get a chance on Facebook, Google, and other social media sites. Long story short, the owners Steve and Zack lack integrity and communication skills! If Steve gives you a verbal quote, make sure you get it on an approved estimate, before they start the work. I dont live in Post, so I trusted his word, and since we'd already had $7000 in work done with him, I thought he was a man of integrity! He verbally agreed replumb may mom's house, gave me a verbal quote, I paid it $2800, and a year later, I find out that he didn't replumb the house, they just replaced 70 feet of drain in the backyard to the sewer. And now they're quoting me $2900 more to do the same thing I paid for a year ago!!! I will be posting my full experience with this company soon, since this issue has fallen on deaf ears with the company, and Steve or Zach won't respond to me directly! I know that Post and Austin are different cities, but a mans integrity and business practices are universal! I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone!

I never received an updated estimate,
after we verbally agreed on the cost to replumb the sewage lines in my moms front house. The only invoice I received and paid without reviewing (totally my mistake) was after the work was completed. And if one was sent, please forward it to me. Please review your text messages and timeline of when you sent the photos of the work being performed and when you sent the invoice. I never agreed or signed an estimate stating the you would just run a line to connect to the sewage. Again, I mistaking thought you were a man with integrity and was going to do what we agreed on, not something totally different, that I had no idea or scope of the job.

Had these gentlemen come out 4 times over the last year to repair a leaking shower/tub. They have struck out each time in not being able to find the reasoning or being able to fix it. Yet, I have been charged each of the 4 times for unfulfilled work. Heck, they didn’t even talk to me about the work or what was going on the last two visits. Instead, they’ve come in the house and did some work, then left. The last visit, a month passed before I was billed. I thought it was fixed since they billed me. Once again, it was not.

Worst experience I have ever had with a plumbing company, I called every day for 2 weeks straight and they would schedule me in, then not show up. They never once called me to let me know or try to reschedule, I had to do that myself every single day for weeks.

Post Plumbing provides the best service for all your needs! You can trust that they will take care of you! I would definitely use them for future projects.
