Tri City Ac & Heat

Tri City AC and Heat has handled all of our A/C and Heat needs for many years, probably since they opened. They have taken care of our home, our rent houses and our beach house. They respond quickly. They are people of integrity and will make sure you are satisfied.

I have Tri City do a maintenance on my HVAC system every 6 months. They always come on time, are clean, polite, and go about their business quickly. When finished, they clean the area they were in and leave it as they found it.
Tri City is owned by good, Christian people and I totally trust their advice and judgement. They have been my go-to for HVAC for over 10 years and will continue to be my go-to.

This team of service professionals are top notch in every aspect. They gave me a quote, gave me a date for unit/parts to be available for the install, scheduled the date/time for service, and showed up ready to rock on time. They delivered on every single commitment they made. The demo of the old and installation of the new units were efficient, they cleaned up as they went, and when they left, it was like they were never here, except my a/c was blasting us with wonderfully cool air. While building me a little enclosed set-up that you can slide a 4 inch filter in and out, Jeff (the owner) and his son, cleaned my coils. They did NOT have to cut the out and take them outside. They told me that the unit I had, was made, so that the coils would be easy to clean. Before my friend had told me about Tri- City, I had two different company's come out to tell me what they would do..one said I needed BRAND NEW coils, one said they HAD TO cut them out and clean them outside. One bid was $1100, the other was several thousand.. Tri-City's saved me at the very least $800. That was two years ago and my unit is getting A+ on it's check-ups.
Tri-City is HONEST, KNOWLEDGEABLE, RELIABLE, very easy to talk to, and they DO NOT OVER CHARGE...they WON'T tell you a part needs to be replaced, unless it REALLY needs to be replaced.

I have used TCA for many years. I first met them when I lived in a rental home and my landlord used the company for repairs. When I moved into my own home, I continued to use TCA for repairs as well as seasonal check ups because I was so impressed with their service and the way they listen to the issues and treat customers.
