Called yesterday and they installer was at my house first thing this morning. Dana, the office manager was so kind and professional. She went above and beyond to trouble shoot the problem to get us through the night. The installer waited around 30 minutes extra to make sure the air was coming out of the house at a certain temp. We will eventually get a new unit and will 100% use Economy.

I was referred to them by another customer, so my wife left them a voicemail after hours. We were blown away when they called us AFTER HOURS to find out what was going on and to schedule us for a service call the next day.

The next day, Mike and his team came out and quickly identified the problem and explained everything thoroughly to me. They had to order the part I needed and I was even more blown away when they came ON THE WEEKEND to install it!!!

Economy Air saved me A LOT of money and went above and beyond to get me and my family taken care of! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!!!

Beware of this company! Our heater and A/C went out last October. We called our home warranty company (AHS) and Economy was sent out. They said it could not be repaired, so insurance company agreed to replace. Economy gave us a quote for over $1100 out of pocket to cover everything they said the insurance company didn't cover. Mind you, we had a $100 deductible. We paid the over $1100 out of pocket to have the job done. Fast forward to April and need to turn on A/C, A/C does not work. Outside unit breaker not even on. We turned on breaker and wouldn't cool. Called Economy, said only 90 day warranty and would have to call home warranty company. After a week and 3 phone calls the very rude owner finally sends out her tech who says as soon as he gets to the house, "I remember this job and we never turned the A/C on, it needs a condensation pump. We had to order one". Tech did not have a pump with him. Owner and tech agreed it was an unfinished job to us, but then the owner lied to home warranty company and told them they had completed the job. Instead of apologizing for the job not being done and fixing it, she chooses to be rude, lie and try to get more money out of our home warranty company. No thank you!

Last year I was having problems with my electrical bill which has been that way for years. Part of the house was cold all the time and other parts were hot. My unit was getting older and decided to maybe it was the units. I called Economy Air and they came and tested the units. The units needed replacing but I also had other placement issues with furnace. The furnace and air handler were all located on the same end of the house and air distribution was not effective, I had suspected that was also an issue. Making a long story short short, furnace was moved to attic and air flow was balanced. I never knew it could be so good and efficient. Bills have been reduced 35 per cent and I finally have a house that can be heated and cooled at an affordable price. Hats off to Economy.

Do NOT! By any means use this company. The work they do will only last you a couple months and they do not have any warranty policy to fix their own mistakes. Only dealt with them because the home warranty company sent them out to install brand new unit which died 5 months later. Will never use them again and if any new home owners get them called out from home warranty tell them to send someone else. WASTE OF MONEY!

Economy air conditioning and heating came out behind another company and finally got my unit up and going again. Another company had wired my new unit up wrong and made a complete mess of it and Economy came out and totally rewired everything and got it going again. The service guys are very nice and cleaned up their mess when they were finished unlike the other company that shoved trash and wires all under and behind my unit and left it. Thanks Economy

I don't understand how such a business of poor quality and customer service stays in business. The manager Dana is the most disrespectful non professional person I"ve ever dealt with. She was suppose to call me prior to any issues being fixed to discuss but they did not, they proceded to come out, slapped tape on my unit and then left me with 140.00 bill stuck to my door. not to mention Im still having issues!! Everyone save yourself the hassle and call someone that takes more pride in what they do.

Well they came out and made some suggestions, said they couldn't clean the coils today but would reschedule and I haven't heard from them since. It's been a week so Iam calling someone else I guess,

So we had a company come out and fix our inside unit. well a couple days down the road it stopped working, well i call a different company and economy a.c. & heating came out and fixed the wrongs that were done by the previous company and its been a couple weeks now and i haven't had any more trouble!! Please use this company, good people need a good ac company!!
