TERRIBLE SERVICE. Odessa store has the worst employees. Walked in and the employees were having a conversation, they acted as if I was interrupting them and did not want to help me or do their job. If I could give ZERO stars, I would. Do not recommend this place. Awful customer service.

Staff extremely knowledgeable, friendly & most importantly went the extra mile to help me quickly obtain the most accurate, easily applied parts I needed for my problem as a do it yourself layman!

I had scheduled a plumber to go and tell me where the leak was at, so I could fix it. I could not afford the service from a plumber. They charged me $150 just to tell me where the leak was, supposedly. When we had to remove the flooring from the kitchen to our surprise the leak was at the other end!! I called several times, and never got a call back. I also went to the office, and the lady there said she could not do anything about it, that the plumber would call me. Really?? What is the plumber going to do? I already fixed it.. I just wanted part of my money back. I was considerate enough to just ask for some. I understand they have to make their money, but not try to fool your customers. Making me spend more money that was I should of. The whole reason I hired them was to save me some trouble and money, happened to be the complete opposite. I don't understand how they have the Odessa American best Voted.. Very bad SERVICE!!

HELLO MY HUSBAND AND I RECENTLY HAD OUR BATHROOM REDONE USING ARROW CONSTRUCTION WHICH DID A WONDERFUL JOB. THEY SUBCONTRACTED ERVIN PLUMBING I HAVE 3 MAIN COMPLAINTS. #1 THEY DID NOT SHOW UP EITHER TIME THEY SAID THEY WOULD. WHICH MEANT OUR BATHROOM WAS DONE BESIDES THEIR PART. SO UNABLE TO USE FOR AN ADDITIONAL 5 DAYS. THEY DIDN'T TAKE THE TIME TO CALL AND LET US KNOW. #2 THE PERFORMED WORK IN WHICH WE HAD NO IDEA THEY'D HAVE TO DO (JACK HAMMER MORE OF THE FLOOR) I SAY MORE CAUSE MY HUSBAND AND DAD DID MOST ALREADY .. THEY DID NOT CALL AND TELL US. THEY HAD TO FRAME A TUB UNDERNEATH WITH 2 BY 4'S. AGAIN DIDN'T CALL AND TELL US. #3 AND MOST IMPORTANTLY THEY TRIED TO OPEN OUR LOCKED GARAGE DOOR WHICH BROKE IT. WHEN I GOT HOME YOU COULD SEE UNNORMAL AMOUNT OF LIGHT COMING IN GARAGE. SO I STARTED LOOKING FOUND PROBLEM AND MY HUSBAND THEN ASKED THE PLUMBER WHAT HAPPENED. HE BLAMED ARROW EMPLOYEE. WE PERSONAL KNOW THE GUY WHO WAS PERFORMING WORK WITH ARROW (ALSO WHO'D BEEN THERE 2 WEEKS ALREADY AND HADNT HAD A PROBLEM) SO WE THEN ASKED ARROW HE LAUGHED LIKE REALLY WHY'D THEY BLAME ME. OK SO WE THEN RECEIVE A BILL FOR AROUND $3300 IN COMPLETE SHOCK CALLED TO SEE WHAT DEAL WAS. ALSO SEE WHAT THEY PLANNED TO DO ABOUT OUR BROKEN GARAGE DOOR. TOOK ALMOST 2 WEEKS TO GET A CALL BACK (FROM THE PLUMBER) WHY WOULD HE CALL AND READ US THE BILL WHAT GOOD DOES THAT DO??

Personnel was very helpful. And took the time to call around for a part that I needed.
