I was at work and from what my mom said he was very prompt and nice. Diagnosed my appliances quickly. But I am not a fan of overcharging. When I called I told him I had to appliances to look at he then told me diagnosis was $75 when I asked cost. Before leaving my house he informed my mom it would be $95 because there was two appliances. Which he knew when he gave me the price of $75.

After all was said an done the tech returned the extra 20 with an apology and stated it was a misunderstanding. Which I understand things happen and appreciate value and honestly and customer service from people! Thank you! So when all is said an done I would use again!

I called this gentleman on Monday about my dryer. He came early (originally he gave me a Wednesday appointment) and he was very polite, professional, and quick. I felt his prices are fair for the quality. And I would definitely recommend him.

Unimpressed. I guess when it gets hot these guys jack their prices up through the roof. I set up an appointment for the next day, met the guy and 5 minutes later he said it was the fan. He said it would be $600 to replace. Mind you I already had everything open so he could look. Literally from the time he said he was coming to the time he left was 20 minutes. I questioned him about the quote and he said the fan motors (not the condenser motor) are really high. When i declined his help he said he would have to charge me $85 for the call out. Really? Really? i asked him why he charged $170/hour and he said that's what he gets for a call out. Whatever, i ordered the exact motor for $119 and installed it myself in less than 30 minutes. you got to me once CMS but never again!!!

Installed new icemaker in my Frigidaire side by side. Broke the fastener on the control cover and didn't tell me. Cover kept falling off. I kept calling and leaving message. No return calls for about 2 months. Cover finally fell off and broke the ribbon that connected to the controls. Icemaker stopped working. Called them again and left message and told them I was angry because nobody had answered my calls and nobody had fixed the problem and that I intended to leave a very bad review and post on fb what had happened. Immediately recieved a call back from the owner, cursing and berating me for about 20 minutes. Finally had enough and told him never mind I'll just call someone else and pay them to really fix it this time. Owner said" Good! You do that!" and hung up on me. He called me back about 20 minutes later and told me that he had looked up my service call and was sending me a check for the full amount I paid and that I was to never call his company again. As if I would! He said he had been in business for 25 years and had never had a complaint and then said he was sick and tired of people calling him up and accusing him of not doing his job right and trying to cheat him. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.

They play a trick! Here is how they do it. I had a refrigerator that needs either gas or a compressor (I do my car/truck AC and I am an expert in auto AC). The high side on the compressor (narrow tube going out of the compressor) is not getting hot, which indicates lack of freon. When I called them they said about $150 to recharge the gas. If I don't need their service, they'll still charge $75 service call. I said ok. Then he came and said the refrigerator either needs freon or a compressor! YES I KNOW THAT, now tell me how much,... TO MY SURPRISE he asked $350 stating various things. I then asked how much to get a new compressor in... answer.. $900! Then I told him that I can buy a brand new fridge for that price! He took $75 and went. I finally repaired my fridge after watching a youtube video (as there are no service ports like in a car) for JUST $24! Yes just $24. It is almost 4 years since I did it and freezer and refrigerator are both running like a clock! STAY AWAY FROM THIS CMS. They just want to collect the service fee.

Yes, This is a real story. I did not come up with something in the middle of the night. I wanted to write a review about my experience with CMS after hearing what has happened to a friend who lives in FL and another service person like you did to him. A tech has told my friend that his AC needs to be replaced at a cost of $5000! The tech walked away with $80 service call fee. Later my friend found another tech to fix the job for 1500! I felt is is my duty to inform the general public to be aware, ALWAYS ASK AN OFFICIAL QUOTE!. If your tech did an awesome job at the first place, I will write a very good review about you and your company. Thank you!

Called CMS to come look at my dryer...as it wasn't drying...heating element went out. I knew this before they even arrived. They called me advised it was going to be $180 for parts and labor. I let them know that I wouldn't be able to pay that at the moment. He then came back and said there is a $75 service fee to come out. This was not discussed before making setting an appointment to come out to my home.

After they left my son txted me a picture where they threw my laundry baskets of clothing around my garage. I sent a txt msg stating this is uncalled for and that they need to remember to advise people about a service charge and brush up on their customer service. I received a txt back calling me an idiot. He's right I am for using a suggestion off of Facebook!

I will NEVER call or recommend this company to anyone for anything at ALL! Regardless of what the reason is for!

Can't say enough good about this company. Called them at 8am they came out had it fixed by 9:30 am. Fair price as well. Will definitely be calling them again.
