Honest service. We waited for a week to get part. He came twice to fix and fixed my freezer. But did not charge me 100 dollar service call because he missed a rusted part on my freezer door. . And it might not be worth fixing. He said only if he finds part then only he will bill me.
Appreciate your honesty. .. Great work Eric's.
Will recommend to all.

These guys are awesome. Our air conditioning went out and I asked fb who to call and several people said Bubba's. So, I took the chance and called they came out that day! Very professional, knowledgeable, and affordable.

This business is run very poorly and disorganized. I called multiple times and Bubba only returned my call once. I authorized him to install a new replacement unit in my house and he could not tell me when it would be installed. I waited three weeks and tried contacting him multiple times and he would not return my call or give me an install date. I would never use nor recommend Bubba's A/C for anything.

In February 2018 I called Bubba's A/C because my attic A/C unit was leaking water down my wall and onto the floor. Bubba came out himself and cleaned out my drain lines, inspected my coils and fixed my incorrectly installed drain line and installed a float switch to make sure the unit kicks off so this won't happen in the future(around a $250 or $300 cost). Since then I have been routinely changing out my air filters and pouring a 50% Bleach/50% Water solution down my drain line to keep it clean of any algae growth. I woke up one morning about 2 week ago and realized that water was running down my walls and also a large puddle has formed below my air handler unit again(on my recently finished drywall and flooring after also completing all of the repairs from wonderful Hurricane Harvey). Again I call Bubba's A/C to have a technician come out to see what the problem is. The Tech came out and said it was because of algae build up in the drain line. I asked the tech what is the reason it happened this time and how can I make sure it does not happen in the future and what was the reason for me paying a couple hundred dollars last time for a float switch when that was supposed to keep this issue from happening again. The technician said he would have Bubba call me and talk to me about my concerns. Never got a call back, I called the office about 5 different times asking to speak to Bubba and the receptionist would take down my name, phone number, address, and ask me what my issue is everytime and she would tell me Bubba would call me back soon. Everytime I never heard anything back. After about the third time the technician that came out to the house call me and tried to answer my questions but couldn't and he again said he would have Bubba call me back. I then had to call back two more times before Bubba finally call me back. He gave me some reason about what cause the issue and said it could possibly happen every 6 months but if I wanted to pay two of his guys for a whole day to break the unit down and then get on a plan to have the service my unit every six months he could guarantee me not to have an issue again. If i can't even get the man to call me back do I really want to sign up from a ongoing plan with him. In Closing: I understand that an A/C is a machine and they have issues and problems that are unforeseen, and I also understand that it will cost me a few hundred dollars to have my drywall repaired and repainted, I just do not understand why it takes a week and a half and 5 or 6 phone calls for an owner to call a customer back for a 5 minute phone call to let them understand why the issue happened in the first place and how to stop it from happening in the future. Thanks but no thanks Bubba.

I can't say enough about the professionalism and awesome customer service provided by Bubba's! Our A/C went out on the 4th of July! So I called first thing on the 5th and Bubba's office said it would probably be the 6th before they could get to us. With the heat we have been having this was expected! So tonight (the 5th) you can imagine my surprise when Bubba called at 6:45 pm to say he was working late and if we "wanted" him to come by tonight he could...ABSOLUTELY! Well we were all fixed up and headed out the door for dinner at 8:00! Not only was he professional (as always, been using Bubba's for over 25 years) but he is so reasonable on the cost! It was 1/3 of what we expected. Thanks Bubba!
