C&S installed a new furnace and air conditioning unit in a house I own. I was very pleased with the whole process. The installation was performed quickly and the installers were polite and did an excellent job of protecting surfaces and cleaning up the work area. One of the owners came by and inspected the completed installation. I have also used C&S in the past for repair service and they have always responded quickly. Their repair technician is polite and does an excellent job of communicating what the problem is and what repairs are needed.

RESPONSE TO OWNER’S COMMENT:
Thank you for your reply! Your response allows everyone who Google’s your business to see, not only, your lack of professionalism, but also, your lack of basic grammar knowledge. It’s magic, not “majic”. Additionally, when you combine two words, like do and not, you use something called an apostrophe to turn it into “don’t”.
While I do understand that my unit was an older unit, I don’t understand why you would replace a part without thoroughly inspecting every piece of it to be sure that it wasn’t going to go out in a week. Again, thank you for your response to my original comment!

I would like to discourage anyone from using this company. The company came out to my new home on June 2nd, and per the invoice I received, they replaced the Blower Motor Capacitor and they declared that my A/C unit had a clean bill of health. A week later, I had to call the company, and they had to come out and replace the Blower. Then, they sent me an additional invoice for something that they should have had fixed the first time they came out. I called to discuss this, and the woman I spoke with became very frustrated and began to yell at me. I asked to speak with the owner, and she told me she was the owner. Personally, if I owned a business, I wouldn't be speaking to my customers like that. I told her that there was no need to yell and said that she needed to calm down. She put me on hold and a man came to the phone. The man who I was talking to kept a much cooler tone. However, he was not very customer friendly, either. This company really does nothing to help their customers. After I got off the phone, I called a different A/C company because after C&S's multiple trips to my home, there are still problems with my unit. When the other A/C company came to my house, they found that there was a leak in my unit, and my unit had no refrigerant. I will NOT recommend this company to anyone. Again, I would discourage anyone from using this company based on the poor customer service and poor quality of service that I've experienced.

NOT PROFESSIONAL! Their reply to a 24 year old that just bought her first home,. “As I clearly explained, A blower wheel coming apart is not something preventative maintenance can predict, I do not have a fountain of youth for your 25 year old air conditioner! Or do I have a majic 8 Ball to ask if ***’s AC is going to break today. AC's are machines with lifespans, yours was at its end and you didnt want to accept that, and remember poor little ***, not everyone gets a trophy in real life, sometimes things dont go your way, dry your tears and get on with life”. BEYOND RUDE!

I called them when my home heat went out; the technician worked around my schedule, quickly found the problem, completed repairs, and had my system working quickly. I have called them for repairs before, and will do so again if needed.

Good at sales, good equipment, but not really interested in servicing what they sell. They say they don't have me listed as a customer, yet, I paid them $5,000 for a new a/c unit. That should tell you something.

Worst ac company out there by far! These people are in no hurry to fix anything! Went almost 2 weeks in a house reaching temps up to 91 with 2 babies after they told me my problem and this woman had the audacity to tell me they caint do it in the evening's because its to hot!!!! Are you serious! Did i not call an ac company?? My mind is blown!! The guy showed up late and im not sure what time got there because he was supposed to be there at 8am but i had to leave at 830 and have no word from anyone so i call and she tells me he is running late to just leave my door unlocked.... This is my worst experience ever!

I am currently employed here. I've been industrial electrical for the past 3 years but needed a job at home due to getting married etc. I'm still new to the hvac but from what I've seen Brian, the owner, has been in the trade most of his life. Doing service calls he is always thorough with his investigation and is always prepared to get the job done right and have you up and running again.

UPDATE: These people replied to this review that they cannot make us happy. They never tried to make us happy. NEVER. They did NOT leave messages for my husband. And just because they never spoke to me personally does not mean that I wasn't there, watching and listening and involved. Furthermore, everyone who knows my husband knows that he is just about the most kind, generous, helpful, and truthful Christian man you could ever hope to meet. He takes pride in work well done and he doesn't lie because he doesn't need to lie. He is not, however, tech savvy, and he asked me to post the reviews. But he sits right beside me as I do. I am also PERSONALLY EXPERIENCING the problems with my daughter's air conditioner and have since the day they were here. I live across the street from her. THEIR RESPONSE TO THIS REVIEW IS JUST ANOTHER EXAMPLE OF THE DISHONEST AND UNPROFESSIONAL WAY THEY TREAT THEIR CUSTOMERS.

We called CNS to hook up an existing unit at our daughter's house. My daughter has cancer and has enough to worry about without having to lie in the sweltering heat. They quoted us $500 to hook up the unit, $600 if they had to switch out the transformer. They were supposed to call before they came but they didn't. They were here from 8:30 am to 11:00 am - 2.5 hours. The service technician charged us $600 and we paid him immediately. After he left we checked the unit. It was making a noise, the transformer had not been changed out, and the lines were crimped in 3 places. We called CNS. The owner said that they charged us $600 because the tech had been here for 6 hours and the lines were all messed up. Both of those were blatant lies because the tech and his crew (who spent most of their time standing around watching the tech) were only here for 2.5 hours AND we had the lines neatly laid out and ready for them before they arrived. The owner agreed to have someone else come out and look. The next person to come said that the problem was a relay and left. He didn't fix it. We called CNS multiple times over the next several days and got nowhere. Finally we talked to one of the owners - CHARLES. He blatantly lied and said that they never quoted us $500 and insisted that his men were out here for 6 hours, that the lines were messed up, and that there was no damage to the lines (we have pictures). He stated that they were NOT coming back. We would have gladly paid for anything above what we had originally agreed upon. Because we ARE honest people. We had planned on buying a brand spanking new unit from them for our own house eventually, and need repairs done on the unit at our son's house - but NOT ANYMORE! Our mistake: we didn't get the quote in writing or record the phone calls. So if you decide to use these dishonest, unprofessional people despite our warning MAKE SURE YOU GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING!
UPDATE: THEY STILL HAVEN'T MADE THIS RIGHT AND NOW THAT IT'S COLD WE HAVE DISCOVERED THAT THE HEAT DOESN'T WORK EITHER. THEY SCREWED MY DAUGHTER, WHO IS STILL STRUGGLING WITH CANCER, ALL THE WAY AROUND. IT TOOK ALL OUR EXTRA MONEY TO PAY THEM TO DO NOTHING SO NOW WE CAN'T PAY SOMEONE ELSE TO DO WHAT WE ALREADY PAID THEM TO DO AND OUR DAUGHTER IS THE ONE WHO SUFFERS.
