Roberts Air Conditioning

I had Shawn Robert's out to our wedding venue to work on 2 units that were installed 1 year ago. The company that installed them would not warrant their work. Shawn was far more knowledgeable and far more capable then the previous company. Shawn found a leak and a coil that was install incorrectly within minutes of arriving. He then made the repairs and recharged both units and they ran flawlessly. This weekend we had a wedding and the building held at 65 wich was amazing. I can't promote this company more. If you need heating and air conditioning repair you have to call Roberts heat and air their knowledge and experience is priceless.

I would not recommend this company. THEY DON'T NEED ANY NEW CUSTOMERS. Our Story: They came to our house, gave us a bandaid fix for our problem. When we asked them to come really fix the problem, they said they could but they would RE CHARGE the very expensive mileage fee to come back. If they did not fix it the first time, when why would they not want to earn the money they had already been paid? This is just shady. The owner is a ghost leader who just passes down his decisions through his cronies and refuses to explain his decisions to his customers face to face or over the phone. The final straw was when I asked them to please come and fix our problem, I was told that they were just too busy and could not take on another customer. SO, I would recommend that NO NEW CUSTOMERS ever use this company again. They are just too busy for customers.

Came out as scheduled, very courteous. Excellent service & will continue to use them. Previous repair company would schedule times, we would wait & never called or showed. Apparently they don't have time for the little jobs!

Horrible experience... air went out on a Thursday they came and had to return twice due to unit being froze. Returned about 4:30 added Freon said issue resolved, unit worked maybe ten minutes, called 8 a..m the receptionist took my message never returned my calls I had to keep calling maybe about 5 times that with the response “they still haven’t made it” she never made one attempt to do any type of assistance.. issue still not resolved on a Monday my Nswer when I is I don’t know I’ll let them know ... not I’m sorry let me see exactly when they’re coming bc I was told they would get to me some time Friday. Yet here we are!!!

I've used three HVAC companies in the MP area. Roberts has always done it quickly, accurately and the staff is friendly and professional. I trust them. I think you'll not be disappointed in their work.

Robert's has good service with a home town feeling.

So fast and friendly. Anytime I call them they send someone almost immediately. They got us back on track in no time.

The gentlemen that came out was so nice and explained everything. They had my AC at 💯 in a very short time.
