Took forever to find someone to help me but finally found a group of employees having a meeting in the back and one younger guy turned around and told me where I could find the thermostats and at first I was alittle upset that he didn't actually come to show me because i was in a huge hurry, but the instructions were perfect so I found it very easy so it was ok that he didn't come.

Everyone at this store is absolutely amazing, I know many people that will drive past other Lowe's and other home improvement stores just to come to this store because the staff is really wonderful and super helpful.

Good place but customer service will sometimes really run away not to help you I like layout better than home depot BUT home depot will help you so I skip Lowe's

Tried to return a tool kit that I did not like and got a big hassle. I wish there was a rating smaller than 1 star.

The employees here are always helpful and knowledgeable and willing to give an extra hand to go the extra mile

I liked the visit because thy have what you need and can take you to it! Easy in and out...

Bought my carpet there got great prices on carpet everybody needs to check them out first
