Great customer service, when I called them technicians weree very punctual with an immediate solution and options. Mayor problem was fixed in a couple of hours.

A/C Heater would not turn on. Contacted US Air and Heating for a warranty claim and they sent their service tech within 3 hours. A/C tech
arrived then diagnosed the problem and made the nessesary repairs within an hour.

After the tech checked all units…he did not put the ceiling lid to the attic back on, which I reported to their dispatch. And after the tech added freon to my smaller and larger outside units…the larger unit began to make hissing noises. They did come to assess and said it was fixed, but has continued making hissing noises.
