Atmos Energy turned off my gas because of a leak in a yard line on Thursday. First Service came out Friday morning.

In all my years I have never seen a job done so quick, and so clean. They didn't tear my yard up and it only took them half a day. I give them (Fred) a thumb's up!

I called First Service in order to have them service my air conditioner. I was advised that it would be the next week before they could make it. Ok, I can deal with that. When they never came the following week I called First Service. I was advised that I was next on the list for service. After a few more days of a no show I called again. I was advised that they had an emergency service call at the hospital. Ok, I can deal with that but as a customer why did they not call me and advise me of this? The First Service representative then advised me that she would be calling me back very soon and let me know when they could come out for the service call. A week later I'm still waiting. THUS COMPANY HAS LOST ALL CREDIBILITY WITH ME. IF I CAN'T RELY ON THEM TO RESPOND, HOW CAN I RELY ON THEM TO PROVIDE GOOD SERVICE - GOOD BYE FIRST SERVICE, I WILL GO WITH A RELIABLE COMPANY!
