Excellent techs. Two no show appointments, my daughter waited on her days off. Drip pan was paid for in advance. Drip pan made local. One month later, called, 1st lady said it was finished, at place where made. 2nd Mary Ann said it was not finished. I called her on her lie. I called @ 11:26 this morning. At 5:15 I have yet to be updated.

I feel I was overcharged for the service. 7000 to install. I already had everything. I only needed the actual units.
It took over a month to complete the service too! I’m still waiting on a thermostat.

We arrived at our winter home here in the RGV a week ago only to find out that our air conditioner was not working. As it was late in the day we thought we would have to suffer through a hot night without air but decided to give Enterprise a call. Within an hour of making the call we had a technician on site who worked diligently to resolve our issue. Although we now had air conditioning the technician told us that our 15 year old system was running out of life span. The next day at our request a representative from Enterprise came over and explained our replacement options. Two days later we had our old systems removed and new improved and more efficient ones were installed. The whole procedure took less than a day with a follow up visit the next day. During the whole week long experience with Enterprise we were amazed at the dedication and professionalism that was exhibited by their team, from the original office call right up to the final payment process. The technicians were outstanding both from a personality perspective and from their technical approach. The one word that comes to mind when reviewing Enterprise Air Conditioning and Refrigeration is “professionalism” followed by “friendliness”. I highly recommend them.

Called them through my warranty company for a broken AC, sent a technician the next day. He was very nice and professional. Said we needed a new motor so he would have to put in the order with the company. Said it would take a week. Waited a week, no call no nothing. Called after ten days and they said it comes in today and they will send a technician in the morning. Got a confirmation text the technician will be at our house between 10-1. Comes 2 pm and nothing. Call and they said he has food poisoning. THAN WHY DONT YOU CALL ME. Said they are going to try to send someone else. At this point we should be priority. Waiting 11 days in a hot house to get our AC fixed is ridiculous. The woman Mariann I believe was her name, was rude on the phone and very unprofessional. She even started ignoring my calls. I had to have my husband call. She answered.

After some issues with my a/c I knew it was time for an upgrade. Maryann and her team were so helpful throughout the whole process. The team was very nice, professional and the prices were very affordable! Thank you enterprise a/c for the A+ customer service!

Do not trust this company! They are a bunch of scammers and liars! They tried to charge me $900 dollars worth of parts and labor, for parts that only cost an average of $250. I already had another company come in and fix it, in one day, as apposed to this company which made me wait three days just for a quote. It’s been an average of 98 degrees here. If I could give them a lower rating I would.

Best home advisor Rosendo Rodriguez came out to our home and was able to identify the problem. He gave us a solution and wow we’re so happy with our new AC. Our light bill has gone down dramatically and I recommend anybody who is everybody to call Enterprise Air Conditioning for their cooling and heating needs.

Do not use this company! Worst customer service
Received from Marianne no empathy whatsoever. Don’t care about the customers. Their technician didn’t do a good job and now they have to send someone back until next week waste more time and my kids and I just freeze in here in the meantime. Because, my heater isn’t working putting a complaint with my home warranty company!
