I would like to take a moment to Thank, Wellington Miranda. I am first time homeowner and had a lot of questions. Mr. Wellington took his time to explain how the HVAC works and how to optimize the performance. He pointed out different things as he was going through the inspection and educated me. He was very kind to offer me some training on thermostat and shared few techniques to better manage my utility bills. L&S needs more people like Wellington. Apart from his extensive knowledge in HVAC, he is very polite, professional and kind to offer his time, help and guidance.

I’ve had them out twice now for warranty work. First time turned out to be nothing, but the second time the plumber (James) had to put in some work. He was very courteous and professional both times, and did a great job.

We are very pleased with the service we’ve received from L&S Mechanical! They originally installed the HVAC & plumbing in our new home, and have been out several times to adjust the HVAC air flow in different rooms and work on our outdoor fireplace. Everyone we’ve dealt with, from the service schedulers to the technicians, have been great! Today Neal was at our home and did an outstanding job! We appreciate his professional work ethic and skill, especially while working in a hot attic!
