I couldn’t endorse this company any higher after my experience today. My parents are in their late 80’s and their went out today on the hottest day on record for today. Current temp at 4 pm is 111. Spoke with Aria in dispatch and was told first available was Friday. Told her parents age and she said let me call you back. contacted back after talking to a customer that was supposed to get a regular check on system for tomorrow and they agreed to move appointment (thank you whoever you are). Then Aria contacted back and said one of techs Andrew was running ahead and could squeeze my parents in. Andrew came fixed the problem with a smile. Amazing experience all around! Thank you to Aria and Andrew for helping keep my parents cool and safe.

My power went out upstairs in my condo this morning. I contacted and they were able to schedule me for a tech same day. Wayne had to replace two breakers, and did a outstanding job. Thank you Wayne! (and also thank you to the women whom assisted me this morning and this afternoon regarding tech arrival. All professional and polite.

I have 2 kids 3 and under. I was so grateful when Elise from comfort tech arrived and helped us out so late at night! He was super polite and restored the dilemma I was also grateful for his honest thoughts on what would work best for us. He wasn’t just out for money! Thank you for saving us Elise!

We were having problems with the A/C thermostat and received support over the phone from the technician. He was respectful enough to take the time to walk me through steps to solve the problem without any charge. With current 100 deg temps in Florida, this was a life saver. Thanks
