Josh & Jack did a great job on replacing some bad pipes we had in ground that was broken with roots inside. They even added an extra cleanout to make it easy for us to keep clean. We have used Lowry Plumbing several times. Always Appreciate their work & their employees. Thanks Again Tammy..

Had major sewage and pipe replacement done last year. They had to cut into my contrete patio in backyard to access plumbing. They filled it back in and poured new concrete. That was early in Spring. That concrete is cracking and sinking and a hole is forming under that concrete. We are very unhappy and we are looking at the possibility of having to have the entire patio redone by someone else.

I have waited a year to leave this review, but when we discovered yet another issue related to the total re-plumb of our house, I felt a review was warranted. We hired Lowery to do a complete re-plumb of one of our investment properties in October of 2021. Since then, We have had to call them back out no less than 8 times to warranty poor workmanship. Rough-in plumbing was improperly installed or placed (3 times), a newly installed vent stack was not waterproofed on the roof and led to major flooding and water damage after a rain storm (it took 6 calls and two months to get them to address the issue and I water-proofed the vent stack myself), a drain line in the wall became disconnected and leaked inside the wall, and today, we discovered the drain under the tub is dumping water onto the dirt under the house into the crawl space. We will not be calling them out to warranty this work any longer, as I have ZERO confidence in their work. We will be paying out of pocket to have another company come fix Lowery’s issue. We are still paying on the $20,000 we paid them for this work and I could not be more heartsick about it. Don’t hire this company under any circumstances.

The tech came out looked at the heating unit and told me all that was wrong was it needed I thermostat which I provided. I paid $95 for service call plus $100 for labor. I noticed a few days later that the heating unit didn't seem to be getting hot enough to warm the rooms. I called back and they wanted to charge me another $95 dollars to come back out when they should have checked this before leaving. I already paid them to fix it but they didn't fix it and still want to charge me a second time. That's what's wrong with companies like this...double charging.

Albert was amazing, very kind & helpful! Didn’t stop until both bathrooms were working properly. Glad to have called Lowery’s for a short notice plumbing issue.

The contractors Keith & Javier that are outside contractors for Lowers just finished my Sheetrock for me today! It looks FANTASTIC! They did such a good job I can't even tell there was a big hole in my wall! They were so professional and friendly! I would defiantly recommend these 2 guys to do any of your sheetrock work for you!!

The first picture is where Lowery plumbing cut out my sheetrock to fix the pipes for my washer and dryer, and the 2nd and 3d picture is where Keith and Javier fixed it! Can't even tell! I am so happy with Keith and Javiers work!

The technician was professional and knowledgeable, Brandon did very well in making sure the filters and the outside unit were clean and in good condition.

Justin and Josh were terrific. I was so stressed and worried if it could be fixed. They assured me they would get job done and made me laugh! They got the job done quickly and helped me move a bunch of stuff that was in front of unit! I couldn’t have ask for anyone better! They were knowledgeable and professional! Thanks guys!

Albert did a great job. Got my line open and found the root of problem. I will most definitely have him be my plumber for any drain calls that I need in the future. Thank you Albert.

Greg was very thorough & even though the problem wasn’t obvious he found it & cleared the stopped up toilet! He was so nice & courteous to be working on a Friday night!
