JD's Prompt Plumbing Heating & Air Conditioning

We had an AC emergency yesterday evening, and JD's responded promptly this morning. Lee changed all of the filters, diagnosed our AC problem and fixed it within minutes with a temporary part. He came back later today and installed the new part. He was a total professional with an easy-going, customer-friendly attitude. We appreciate Lee and JD's for their prompt, professional, expert service. We are now on their Customer Comfort and Filter Change programs. Thanks!

Unprofessional. I called for a repair on my ac unit a technician came out and changed the capacitor but installed the wrong size. This was on a Friday the following Monday I called a different technician. I was told the capacitor that was installed was 10 mfd and my unit called for 5 mfd. The difference was to much for my unit that it could have blown my motor. The next day I went in to talk to the owner he wasn't in and has not contacted me about the situation. It has now been 4 days, 2 different check ins, and I'm still waiting on a call.

Replaced my wall furnace fan. This company is awesome. They are locally owned I was told.

We called JD's and was told a service person would be there in the afternoon to deal with our plumbing problem. George arrived about 2 p.m. and had our toilet fixed in less than an hour. He was friendly and courteous, allowing me to clean the floor while the toilet was removed. This company has responded promptly each time we have had to call on them for plumbing and air condition problems.

"Prompt" is in the name for a reason. Response was fast, and repair was being performed at a time sooner than they had quoted. Lee was professional, friendly, and great to visit with! JD's is a superb local business, highly recommended!!!

I would not recommend this company to anyone. It all starts with their office Manager Cathy. I spoke with her on the phone in regards to an invoice and she was very short and unprofessional. I have also had email correspondence with her, and her email correspondence is also unprofessional. This company should look into addressing their management. The highest plumbing prices I've encountered. They charge excessively for minimal work. I would recommend JD's as an absolute last resort.

Talk about "prompt"...my a/c tech arrived early, explained everything very well, showed me what needed to be replaced and had our unit back to work for a decent cost.

George came out on a humid Sunday afternoon to unclog our main line. I called 4 other places and no one else could make it to Levelland. He was professional and efficient. He was also so patient with my 7 year old asking questions and watching all his cool machines. Great service!
