Jimmy was AWESOME.
Complete system install. Had someone meet him at the house while I was out of town, so it was working when I got home.
Waited until I returned to get payment. WOW, WOW!!!!
He was the nicest guy to work with.

Great prices and got us up and running while waiting on a replacement part so we weren't stuck in the heat. I highly recommend JB's Heating and AC.

Poor customer service... called him and he said he could come at a certain time. Called him again to follow up and he responded with a sarcastic comment saying “do you have an engagement to get to or what?”

Jimmy got me exactly what I needed! My mother in laws unit running. Thank you.
