Our technician assessed our problem, was EXTREMELY courteous in explaining the issue, what needed to be done to repair it and handled the whole service call very well. CMasters came highly recommended to me and I would highly recommend them as well based on how my technician handled our problem.

Brian had to come out several times in a matter of weeks unfortunately. Every time he was very friendly and knowledgeable. After years of plumbing troubles, he’s the only one that kept at it until he figured out the problem. He also hounded the city until they came and fixed the issue. We are very thankful for his patience and awesome attitude! Thank you Brian!!

Matthew is an exceptional young man who ascertained the problem and corrected the problem. Well mannered, polite and knowledgeable. I will certainly call these folks again if the need arises.

I called Comfort Masters because my A/C wasn't blowing cool air. They were quick to come by the house and proceed to tell me my unit was too old to repair and that I needed a new one. I got a second opinion and found out my unit was not too old to repair and all it needed was a good cleaning and a little Freon. Dishonesty is one of my pet peeves! Always get a second opinion!

They came out quickly and addressed all my concerns. Very professional, efficient and didn’t try to oversell me. Excellent prices and I would use them over and over again and recommend to my friends.

Dillon has been sent out to our home on multiple occasions, A/C maintenance call, water heater replacement and repairing a/c ducting in the attic. The guy knows his business and Comfort Masters is lucky to have him.
