Excellent in all regards! Both he and very qualified staff installed a Pioneer 2 ton mini-split. Very efficient. Clean job inside and out in wrapped lines. Even placed a shutoff and upgraded my breaker. Very responsive to texts. Very knowledgeable about both mini-splits and central air. Highly recommend!

I received a Nest Thermostat from Reliant Energy with the program I signed up for, I could self install or they gave me 2 different Approved Contractors to contact that would do it at a reduced rate. Nest supplied me with 5 approved and said to "Negotiate" installation. The first on the list wanted a Min of $125.00 to come to Rio Hondo from Brownsville (A TV Appliance Store) and seemed very uninterested. Next I called "Bob" Middleton, he not only agreed to come out and install the Nest thermostat, he SERVICED our A/C System, changed out the filter and told us where to go and the proper kind of filter to use in our system (we had an incorrect filter from Walmart that was making the system work to hard) all for $70.00!!!! We bought this place a little over a year ago and just retired full time down here so He just made a LIFELONG CUSTOMER of US!! I am pretty Tech Savvy for someone my age (O L D) We have the "SMARTEST" Trailer in the Park, just ask Alexa! THANKS BOB!! Job VERY Well DONE!!
