Veteran Pride A/c & Heat, Llc.

We attempted to use veteran’s pride a few weeks ago during the 2023 summer heat wave. I often service our system myself but was gone for military training at the time, so we called Veteran’s Pride to get us back up and running. Knowing that I was gone at the time and that my wife and 4 kids were desperate to get the system up and running (temp had reached 100 degrees inside the house), the tech claimed the system’s coil couldn’t be cleaned and that we needed a new one, which would cost $2000. I pieced this system together only 6 years ago and am fully aware that this coil only costed $600. Instead, we called another local company who came out, cleaned the coils, and had us back up and running a few days later. I had previously left a good review on here years ago after the first time we used Veteran’s Pride, but I have rescinded this comment and no longer recommend this company. I am not sure what has changed, but I would suggest getting a second opinion to ensure you are not getting taken.

An honest and dependable company! Robert and his team are great! They have taken care of us during the hottest and coldest months in Texas! I love being able to know that if I need emergency service or regular maintenance, I can depend on them! 10/10

I can not say enough fantastic things about this company. I usually speak with Robert first to let him know what the problem is and then he always gets someone right out. He and the others that come out are always so friendly and no beating around the bush. It usually takes them no time at all to figure out the solution. I highly recommend them to everyone!! They are A++ when it comes to customer service! Thanks so much yall!!

This company and its blessed individuals....awesome service, great work, thank you gentleman for fixing that crossed wire issue someone left on you guys to deal with. My family thanks your family. Bless you guys.
