Aire Serv of Longview

Albert was the technician that came out to our house. He was very thorough with everything he did. He was very nice as well. We’ve had NIGHTMARES with other a/c contractors but Aire Serv has it figured out! Definitely recommend to anyone with A/C needs!

Derrick was GREAT! He was knowledgeable, and explained in detail the issue at hand. He also explained what he was doing to resolve the issue.

The service man was there when he said he would and was very professional. He explained everything he was doing, took pictures of the part to show me and I had my invoice and itemized statement within minutes of visit. Repairs were done promptly and he left no mess. I also like that the service fee is deducted from the total bill. I will use Aire Serv from now on.

I will always use Air Serv. They came out late on Friday night, diagnosed and came back Saturday at 9:00 and installed new a/c motor. We we’re leaving for vacation so they saved our vacation!

Our AC stopped working in August. Aire Serv was very prompt to get to us as quick as possible when they found out my 83 year old asthmatic Mother lived with us. The Technician was very friendly and knowledgeable. He was good to explain every thing that he was doing. I could not have asked for better service. I highly recommend this company for good service and reasonable rates.

Richard and Alfred Nunez from the Longview location came out quickly and explained everything to me so that I could understand. They had experience and were knowledgeable. I would recommend this company in a heartbeat. Thank you for coming to my rescue on a cold winter day.

I hired AireServ of Longview to clean my air ducts at 13 registers in our home. Alfred and Richard were our technicians and were right on time, professional, thorough, and very respectful. Will highly recommend those 2 guys for anyone’s needs.

Everyone was very cordial and helpful from Gina setting up our appointment to getting our a/c fixed. James was very thorough and fixed only what needed fixing and didn’t try to up-sell. I called at 8am and had a fixed unit by 10:30am. I highly recommend Carlos and the Aire Serv crew.

The Best Company in Town!!!!!

This company is a family owned business with an amazing heart and their tech's are everything you could wish for in this pandemic times of ours. I had bought a gas heater st Lowe's and low and behold they do not install them. I called at least 10 companies before I found them and they agreed to come and help at a price we could afford add we are an elderly couple on a fixed income. We now have heat. Love this tried abs true company.
