Raul came highly recommended to us and he really came through. Our AC went out on a hot day and I called him at 3pm and he found a way to see us and take care of the issue ASAP. Clearly very knowledgeable as he explained in detail what was going on and the best way to address it long term. Pricing was also very fair and honest… would 100% recommend.

What a great service company! They had worked on my unit to replace a heating element a while back. Today I thought there was an issue but false alarm. Thanks goodness. They came as they said they would, sent me a text when they would be here. There were no problems. And didn’t charge. Highly recommend them!!!!!

Milton and his team installed a whole new AC unit (evaporator, condenser & furnace) after our 19 year old system started failing. The old system was hauled away, and the new system installed within approx. 5 hours with all the new safety-regulated updates made. Milton went above and beyond in several way:
- he came out to see the old unit and offered estimates for several different units on the same day I reached out - very prompt response.
- once we had agreed to an installation date, he got our current AC up and running until installation could take place. This was a very big plus as we have a toddler and 7-month pregnant wife in the house!
- he added an additional filter in the attic, meaning lower future costs on installing 4x disposable filters within the house every 1-3 months.
- he signed up for the extended warranty with Goodman on our behalf.
- has answered any AC-related question I had.
- All Texas Heating And Air offers 3-year warranty on labor, which is higher than the typical 1-2 years offered by other companies.

i have lived in Elgin for 25 years and i have used a lot of a/c companies on my home and my rental during those years but, i have finally found the best one. being a retired painter i know good work when i see it. mr. milton medina is a professional and perfectionist at his trade and very fair on the price. i can recommend him to all my friends and family. he is my a/c guy now.
