Benson Heating & Air Service

My AC stopped working and I called Benson Heating & Air Service. I have been using them for years and have been impressed with their service. They were able to come out the same day and the technician was very polite and provided an excellent customer service.I was very impressed and would definitely recommend them.

Worst ever! Fraudulent! Not even at the address shown here, it is a pediatric office. Plumbing nor electric done to code. They didnt pull a permit from city as required. The co manager wont call me back either. They are not even located in Texas. The charges came from Illinois and uts a Virginia state license!

Mark was extremely professional and well behaved throughout . We called him regarding an issue with our furnace. He established the issue and was quick to give the proper fix for the issue. Mark really know his stuff when it comes to furnace. I would highly recommend him and his company to all my friends and family.

This is a company I would use again and tell you that I was very happy with them. Mark did a great job. He was on time, explained everything, and was very courteous. He did a thorough clean up after the work. I'm completely satisfied with the results. Very professional. Definitely recommend these guys.
