We had this company come out and do a diagnostic on two AC units that went well and I was really impressed with the technician. We were supposed to get a quote but no one ever gave us that info. After our AC was out for over a week we had to get the new unit installed by another company because Texas heat is no joke and you cant expect people to work in that condition. We still wanted to get the duct work updated and I called again to get that scheduled and never received a call back. Once more I called and was told they were too busy to get to us. Im not sure what their deal is but it was disheartening because the initial visit set the bar high only to have it fall so low.
