I walked in with an old burnt out blower motor hoping they had something in the shelf to replace it. The woman at the counter was polite and eager to help. She took the old crap motor and looked up the numbers for me. After that she walked me to its location and grabbed the replacement motir and capacitor I needed to go with it and carried it back to the counter. While she rang up my total I chatted with her and the other guy behind the counter. Friendly and very helpful. Good customer service goes a long way.

Great product, horrible and absolutely the worst customer care follow up!!! The staff is friendly but they really suck as a company for follow up and follow through....I ordered some filters and told I would be called back after I gave them my name and number...2 weeks went by and nobody called me. I called back and asked about the status of my filters and they asked "what filters?" I gave them my name and number again and still no call back! ...get your stuff together Baker!
