Grant swung over to service with our new water softener power up. We already had it hooked up to to the water lines and just needed assistance with how to use the machine and set the .We assumed it was much more complicated than it is. He let us know how simple it was to do it on our own and gave us the few steps it took to get it working and set the for us. He could've easily been greedy and did himself charging us for the time and labor, but he was a true gentleman about it and we were charged a thing. We are exceedingly impressed and will DEFINITELY endorse this company.

Keith Lemus arrived today to repair a leaking toilet. Was on time, professional, and Wore shoe covers. Fixed my toilet. Did a great job.

The work tech Treavon was respectful and knowledgeable in the task that needed to be done to resolve the issue with the master bedroom toilet. He explained what needed to be done to resolve the issue. After he performed the work if there was any mess made he cleaned it up and left the bathroom in the condition it was in when he first entered it. He had me inspect the work to make sure I was completely satisfied before he left my home which I was. Treavon, Job well done and keep up the good work. Happy holidays!
