I called this "24 HOUR EMERGENCY REPAIR SERVICE" on a Saturday night regarding an a/c unit that shut down. I left my message and informed them that this break down was at the home of a very elderly person. Sunday morning I called Air by John Martinez and spoke with Jessie. He was on the a/c unit 30 minutes after the call. 20 minutes later the capacitor was replaced and the unit was blowing cold. Jessie did a complete check on the unit and found all well. I posted this a week and a half later and I have yet to hear from this outfit.

AMAZING SERVICE. Yesterday afternoon I called for help. This morning (9 AM) Ty came by and looked at the system. After looking over the 35-year old heat pump, he was able to give me economical, realistic and reasonable options. It's 3:20 PM now, and I've got a brand new system, ready to go. Honestly, I don't know if I've ever seen service this good. Absolutely amazing! I would have given five stars just for that, but for my family the best part was the RESPECT. I know it's a touchy issue for some, but we're around my elderly parents a lot, so when I called HCSC I told them masks would have to be worn in the house. No exceptions. Ty, and later his a helper, were both very respectful of our wishes. That really touches my heart - thanks, guys! As far as I'm concerned, there's only one HVAC company in hill country, and you've found it.

If there were a "ten star" option, that still wouldn't be high enough of a rating for this amazing AC company. I called yesterday, 07/30/2020 at around 0900 or so, and spoke to Ty. I told Ty about how my AC went out during the night/early morning. My pervious AC was approximately 37 years old and of course needed to be replaced. I asked Ty if they, Hill Country Service Company, were available to do a quote for me on the same day. Ty said of course they could, which was free, and i figured it would be about 1 to 2 hours before they went to my residence, which was not the case. I texted my significant other to inform her what was going on. No more than 10 minutes later, Ty was already at my house!!!. About 2 hours later, Ty called me back with my quote on a 3 Ton AC replacement along with some other things that needed to be replaced to make the new unit compatible with my furnace. To inform whoever reads this, I had 72° come out to do a quote about 2 weeks ago, which their qoute was about $7,500.00 dollars (felt like i was getting ripped off). Ty informed me that it would cost... $3600.00 all out. After some unexpected discounts, the new total was $3200.00 dollars everything included. I don't think I've ever said "yes, let's do it" so fast in my life. Ty said that the install would be early next week, which was fine because I had AC wall units and fans. At this point I was already pleased and super impressed with the service. Ty then called me back 15 mintues later and informed that install could happen the same day! Ty and his helper arrived at my house and were super friendly to my family and were really respectful! They did the whole job in about 2 hours or so and cleaned up after themselves. The new unit is a absolutely beautiful 3 Ton 14 Seer Rating AC. I couldn't be happier with this experience! I will now, forever, use there Services and I really hope this review gets them "your" business aswell!

P.s I know this is a long review. But I rarely give reviews and these people deserve all the praises. Thank y'all for taking the time to read and thank you Hill Country Service Company for being AMAZING !!

I called this company 4 pm on Saturday when my ac stopped working. I chose this company one because their website states that they have no overtime charges and because they were the first ones to call me back. When they called me back to do the services they said that there was an overtime charge even though there website clearly states that there aren't any. When questioned about it, I was told that the website was under construction and that there is in fact an overtime charge. When the gentleman got here he didn't let me know who he was, i had to ask if he was here to fix my ac. I basically had to pry any info that I needed from him. He fixed my unit and I had to ask what is what that needed to be replaced he never told me anything unless I asked him. When it came time to pay for the services I was told that they would call me Monday since I was paying by credit card. I recieved the call Monday and was told that there was a $7 fee to process a credit card ontop of the overtime fee that we shouldn't have had to pay due to false advertising. I will not be using this company again in the future and do not recommend them.
