I would give him negative 5 stars if I could. He installed a brand new but faulty Goodman unit in March 2022, that is making a
loud noise on start, he did not come out to check it out, despite my multiple calls. I had to send him a video of it, he responded “it’s normal, some Goodman units make noise, some don’t” and that I was simply unlucky to get a noisy one.
I had to seek a second opinion, and I was told that compressor and coil had to be replaced. I told this to Mark Jeffrey, to which he responded that he will replace the compressor and coil at no cost to me even though it is not his fault but I have to pay for new Freon, because it is not included under warranty. He then went on that if there are any handling charges to replace the parts, that will also be my expense. He added that he won’t charge me for labor though it is not his fault. I mentioned that if he won’t fix at no cost what he was hired to do in the first place, I would file a complaint with Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation. He didn’t seem to care.
He is extremely unprofessional, incompetent, demeaning and a rip off. He shouldn’t be dealing with a Yeti cooler, not to mention AC work.

Do not waste your time with these guys. I paid 5600 for a brand new Trans AC that doesn’t work. Their work is shotty. They have been back out to fix multiple problems over the last 6 weeks. However the last problem to fix is the main one! GETTING THE SYSTEM TO WORK! They will not call us back, text us back . David the salesman was nice at first but now unable to return our calls and help remediate the issue. Mark Jeffery is the owner and is not returning contact with us. He is from Jamaica and made the comment “I’m here for the money mon” and he couldn’t be more right! Just here for the money! They got the money and are gone, meanwhile I’m using window units until the NEW AC IS FIXED. Total Scam!

I want to personally thank these guys for helping my family and I. We still had remaining damage from HARVEY and were unable to use our unit due to mould and thanks to Frost Point we now have AC/Heat!!!! We have been through so much and we’re finally able to regain a sense of normalcy again.
These gentleman showed up on time, ready to work, and were determined to make sure my mom had her unit replaced. Thank you for working effortlessly, giving us top notch service, and for restoring not only our units but also our lives.
I highly recommend these guys and will definitely use them again if needed.
