Daniel and Robert did a marvellous job diagnosing the problem and installing the new air conditioning system. They were prompt, professional, courteous and efficient. Would definitely recommend this company.

I didn’t want to have to replace my entire heat and AC system but my 25 year old system couldn’t limp along anymore. Ray and his team hooked me up with a great, highly rated Carrier system and I feel I received a fair price too.

By the next afternoon, I had a whole new system. One that is certainly more efficient than my old system so I can’t wait to see how much my electric bill decreases!

About a month later, I had some more questions and Ray, Son and Rachel were immediately responsive.

These guys pulled through for me when I needed it most! Very professional and understanding to someone hot and frustrated in June heat! The service was spectacular. Not only where they available the same day but were able to identify the root cause of the issue and present multiple options to fix the problem. To add to the amazing service it was all during a crazy Houston freeze that resulted in power outages and shut the whole city down. They were able to fix our furnace within 24 hours so that we could bring our newborn baby home from the hospital to a warm and safe place. We are so pleased with the service and will recommend to our friends.

Texas Strong was assigned to our case by a home warranty company after our upstairs A/C died. As is so often the case, we were waiting on the approval from the home warranty company and it was going to take several days (over a weekend at least). The technicians informed Ray, the owner, that our upstairs was very hot and that we had a new baby sleeping upstairs.

Ray immediately sent the crew back to our house and they installed new components and completed the job at a cost of nearly $5,000.00 out of his own pocket. It was over a week later that we received approval from the home warranty company. Ray's concern for my family went way above and beyond. We will utilize their services for ANY of our future needs. While the home warranty company completely dropped the ball and caused us to wait 15 days (in June, in Houston) for a part which would only have been a "band-aid fix", Ray, the owner of Texas Strong, went out of his way to get us what we needed. He worked with the warranty company to provide us with more than just the "band-aid" part. He was able to get us all the components we needed for a complete fix. He pulled guys from other crews to come and work at our house. The crew was very professional and did a great job. Ray genuinely cared about the problem we were having with the warranty company and went above and beyond to correct it.

Recently my air went out and Ray and his team came out the next day to see what the problem was. I ended up needing to replace my ancient air unit and Ray was quick to get my unit replaced and cooling! They even installed for me a Smart Thermostat and came out to set it up on a Friday afternoon.
