We lost heat during the worst artic freeze in decades. Corey and Jason came to two houses, on time, the day we called. Both needed parts which were quickly ordered. Our furnace failed during the power surges of the big freeze. (February 2021) Casey actually returned my call - when other calls when unanswered. He came out- worked to get the heat up and running- there were 9 of us freezing in the house- but it needed to be replaced. He made some calls and by the next afternoon, the new unit was in and warming our family. Thank you for understanding heat was not something that can wait when you have small children and seniors in your home during freezing temperatures.
