We’re new to Texas, this humidity is something else. We noticed the humidity level in our house was reading 86%!!! The floors constantly felt sticky, wet & the air damp. We bought a dehumidifier on Amazon, which helped for a short time. Before we knew it, humidity was reading back in the 80s. Our friend referred Mr. Hassan to us. Despite a busy schedule Mr. Hassan was able to fit us in within a few days. When we first called he asked a few baseline questions, to rule out a few possibility. He had clear & consistent communication! When he arrived, he had our problem completely fixed. We can’t say enough good things about Mr. Hassan. He arrived on time, was extremely polite, extremely Knowledgable, took time to explain what was happening & what he would do to fix it. He also gave us preventive tips & guided us on which filter to order (cost effectively). 100% would use Mr. Hassan again & would definitely refer him to our friends & family!
