Josh was amazing! He is an honorable man who runs the company the right way, customers first. We had a few issues with the zoning after it was done, but each time they came out free of charge and fixed it quickly. They listened to every concern and always got every question answered. They also were one of the most competitively priced AC installations we found. We will be defiantly using them for all our maintenance.

Our tech Adan explained both our a/c issue and it's solution very well to us. After parts of our unit needed to thaw, he made a return trip to us on the same day to get the fix completed as soon as he could. Happy with Strong Tower's knowledgeable service.

Fantastic experience. Difficult to find an honest, hard working contractor that doesn't simply default to the customer needing a new system! We had two other con-artists try to sell new systems for $10K, called the team at Strong who was here the very next day to properly diagnose then repair at a fraction of the others.
