Mr Robinson does great work. Excellent customer service. He is also not nearly as expensive as his counterparts.

Showed up on time .

Was charged $135 for a $25 dollar part.

A total of 290 for being on site 15 minutes to replace a capacitor.

Never informed me that there would be a $70 service charge to come out.

Never came back into the house to verify the AC was cooling.

Never verified discharged temperature of the AC at vent duct.

Even after I informed him that my ac was still not cooling he said it was hot outside your house wont get down to 75 degrees.

Prior to the outage my house could get down to 60s in the summer if I wanted it to .

My AC units were 5 years old
