Jonathan was excellent to work with. He accommodated fixing an AC on the fritz at 10pm. Once he arrived (very promptly!) the AC turned itself back on. Figures. But he took the time to look over the whole system and give great recommendations.
After paying for their monthly service fee for almost a year, they came out for the maintenance inspection I scheduled and we discussed repair work that I knew I would need. While on-site, he provided two options and agreed to send a quote for both, but only sent a quote for one option for some reason.
...no big deal right, at least we got one? Well, we agreed to have service performed and accepted the quote through their website. After a couple of weeks of not hearing back from them, I called to accept the quote and get the work done.
Unfortunately since the one who answered the phone isn’t the one who provided the quote, he couldn’t help me (or didn’t want to?) and said he’d have the other guy call me so we can get the work done. Okay, no big deal...except the guy never calls me. So I call back again, and same ole story.
After trying to give them business three times for over a month with no response, I had to go to someone else. Interestingly enough, the new contractor identified what appears to be a better more permanent fix to the AC issue.
Just wish I could get all those $8.95s back (or whatever it is per month to have had them do absolutely nothing).
Side note...before this all went sideways and I thought I still had an AC repair contractor (and as others have noted, the guys are genuinely friendly and good natured; just hadn’t gotten to the part where they don’t want to do any work yet) I referred them to a commercial establishment for a quote.
After quoting approx $12,000 for the annual maintenance services...surprise...they were never heard from again. So, I had the commercial establishment go elsewhere as well.
Just an overall unfortunate and seemingly unnecessary experience with someone who initially seemed like a good company.
Amazing service and very professional.Tech Mary came out and didn't leave until a/c was up and running! The children in the classroom were very appreciative. Thanks Mary for all your hard work.
I found out about them through Amazon. Amazon sent them to install my thermostat and THEY WERE AMAZING. So good, I cancelled my home warranty and stuck with their service plans. They have my servicing my AC ever since. I even bought a new AC system through them. They had the best prices and offered great financing
I cannot recommend this company enough. It was so convenient to schedule online. I received a text to let me know who would be coming. They would have come earlier than the scheduled time but I was not available. Jonathan, who was also the owner explained to me what was wrong and what I need to have fixed. His crew works on weekends which was great so I did not have to take more time off work. They were prompt. They wore shoe covers and covered my floors with tarp. which I appreciated. I'm very happy to have them taking care of my AC.
We had the guys from Revolution Air replace our two thermostat's on Saturday. They showed up on time with all the equipment needed to do our installation and setup. They were very professional, did a fantastic job, helped run us through using the smart thermostat, and all for a great price. We plan to use Revolution Air for future AC work and highly recommend their services.
I’m a new homeowner who had his first issue with my AC. When he came, Jonathan showed me the different components of the HVAC system and took his time to explain my options. He was actively trying to save me money instead of pushing to sell or replace things that just need some TLC. To top it off, he’s a really nice guy! I’m so glad that I gave him a call. Can’t imagine going with anyone else.
The most unprofessional company, I called them because my Geothermal unit stopped working over the weekend. We were out on a family trip, when we came back on Tuesday Morning, we notice A/C was not working, and called the company to schedule a visit. They schedule the “emergency visit” for Wednesday. The tech never came on the time window they told us... Tech never answered the phone, the office didn’t respond to us... I was thinking... maybe is too late. I called this morning thinking that they will put us a priority, since they didn’t show up yesterday... the person who answer the phone, say he will call back, never did. Tech doesn’t respond still. I called 2 times already to follow up. The office didn’t answer the phone... I just called again and the guy just hang the phone saying... I will call you back once I have an answer... I have 2 little kids... my house is an “infierno” Do not use this company... very disappointed. So far... the worst... when you need them the most. If they cannot make it, that is ok... just be honest with the people who is putting the trust on companies like this.
Jonathan and Bryan are wonderful to work with. They are very knowledgeable, friendly, and we are very impressed with the workmanship. They are also very reasonably priced. The installation crew was also very nice, respectful, and clean. We are very please with our new unit and highly recommend Revolution Air for HVAC service!
I'm so glad these guys went out on their own. Their previous employer sold out & left us all hanging with a whole different company (much bigger & less service inclined) and without much forewarning. Jonathan & Bryan did the right thing and made a better company out of their collective work experience. Theie policies are straightforward , their communication is good, and their response times are awesome. They are as 24/7/365 as it gets. I will continue using them as long as I have a place to call home. Thanks.
