We scheduled an appointment on 11/7 for a cleaning on 11/15 between 8-10am. We waited 10:30, no show we called and the monotone rep said they’d have tech call no one ever called. We waited again until 11:30 and no show no call. Called company again and they said they’d have tech call us, no one called us and we cancelled at noon since we had to get ready for a family funeral.
Not a reliable company, and very poor customer service.

I had Edgar and a second Rep come out. The service was great, friendly, understanding and very educating. Edgar explained everything to me, video the before and after process. They have an awesome Rep, just hope all reps are as great as he is. Thanks Green City Pro's for providing quality service.

I scheduled the dryer vent cleaning 3 times. The first time I was given the 10 to 12 window, I called after noon and they said the technician had car problems and didn't arrive. The 2nd time again the technician didn't arrive and said he was behind schedule (by 10 AM?). The 3rd time that I waited again 2+ hours staying put at my house, they didn´t even care to tell me they were not coming. I kept calling the main line and they kept saying the technician will call me in the next 5 min.... two days later I´m still waiting for their call. What a waste of time.

Green City Pros did an amazing job during their visit to my home. Jonathan the technician was professional, good at his job and explained the details of the tasks he was performing. I am very pleased and I will continue to use their services in the future.

We had Matan here in our home to clean the chimney and Dryer Duct. His work was excellent and efficient. We very much enjoyed meeting him and we are now planning on having our AC vents cleaned by you Again very excellent.

My technician (Johnathan) was on time And did a great job inspecting and explaining everything to me. He’s a very professional guy and did a great job when I needed it the most! I hired green city to replace 3 AC units at my restaurant in Katy and they were the fourth visit I had before I knew who to go with and we ere charmed by Leo the very professional, courteous and knowledgeable ac tech. He walked me through the entire process, explained on each option the pros cons and really helped us with the financing.

They harass companies for payment immediately after finishing a commercial job. Normally, that’s a net 30 situation. They are very unprofessional.

We were very pleased with the team. They arrived exactly when they were scheduled. They worked quickly & I was amazed at how thorough they were. This job was a major clean up. The price was right and the service was excellent.
