Gilbert's AC was highly recommended so we gave them a call. Talked to Lee and gave him our info, within a couple hours he had Jack at our house to evaluate our system and give us a price on a new system. Jack was very informative and professional and took great care of our needs, thanks to Jack we now have features that we never had before on our new AC system. Special mention to lead tech Elvis and his crew of four for a great job. We feel that we made a excellent choice and highly recommend Gilbert's AC.

My dad’s A/C unit went out in the heat of the summer. I contacted Gilbert’s Air Specialist and even though all technicians were quite a distance away, one was able to visit my dad within the day! He took time to explain the issue to my dad, and quoted him a fair price. Given that my dad is retired and on a fixed income, I really appreciated the reasonable pricing. I’ll definitely use this company again

After searching for some time for a reliable company to install a new AC and heater unit after my present 20 yr unit was on the blink, I was very happy to be referred by one of my neighbors to Gilberts AC. They came by my home within 24 hours and were prompt, courteous and professional. Lee explained in easy terms what my options were, and was absolutely knowledgeable about his work and concerned about matching up the right unit for me after taking measurements of my home and attic space, and accessing my needs. Pricing was much better than I had received from two prior bids from competitors, and while the investment was considerable, I am very happy with my purchase.

A potential stressful process that went as smooth as possible. From my initial call made on a late Wednesday afternoon with Stephen; to the in-person inspection next day with Lee; to the four man installation crew led by Ozzy. There was never any hesitation on what was going on. Ozzy's team made sure my floors were protected and covered from any possible debris, to assuring I was aware of the entire process step by step. Any time I had questions, I asked, he answered. He made sure I fully understood my new system from every aspect. The crew came back on Monday to inspect the new system and made sure everything was working well and answer any additional questions I had. The follow-up calls made to me just confirmed what I already knew... I purchased my unit from the right place. Hey... you can't go wrong with a great warranty when it comes to Houston weather 😉

So far I'm very happy with this crew. I needed new ductwork in addition to a couple new vents, and a new HVAC upstairs - Lee was great and very responsive both during and after the installation - financing was easy I only have about 4 payments left, interest free if paid in 12 months :) totally recommend, I've used many different HVAC ppl over the past 4 years and none have been so reliable during and after installation - Megan H.

Lee came out and had our furnace operational in 15 minutes. He was really an awesome guy and knew his stuff. I had another company look at it previously from NBL in Tomball. I knew he was either lied or had no clue what he was doing. But he said we needed to replace the entire unit. This con never even turned the furnace on. I got rid of him and called Lee who wasted no time getting the furnace fixed. Very honest, professional and courteous. I will use Lee from now on
