My 69 year old mother had them install a new outside unit, as well as a attic unit in the house. They gave us a great deal, and seemed to do a great install. However, over a year later, we found water leaking through the sheet rock into my mom's room. Upon further investigation, we found the duct work had filled full of water. I recorded video of the duct work leaking water from it just outside the secondary (emergency) drip pan. My family member does a/c work and I put him on facetime and showed him video footage of the outside of the a/c. He immediately observed that the installer, Corvar Aircare, had not removed the plug that allows the water to drain in the event of a emergency into the secondary pan if the primary does not drain for some reason. My family member also referred to the install manual for Goodman and this is in fact part of the PROPER install process to remove this plug as well as install a trap which was also not installed as well. Had this plug been removed and the trap installed, when the main drain clogged, the water would have properly drained to the emergency drain. Due to their improper install, and forgetting to do this step, we now have thousands of dollars worth of damage to sheet rock, insulation, and the I will have to have a a/c professional come out and fix the install to ensure the emergency drain works since Corvar Aircare did not set it up properly. I called Corvar Aircare and told them of the situation and showed them a picture of the plug they forgot to remove. They denied any wrong doing or responsibility, and even accused us of putting the plug in ourselves. Why would someone intentionally causes in damage to sheet rock and insulation? It makes no sense. Nobody "upgrades" a 8 ft section of ceiling in a room and upgrades a small section of insulation in the attic. This is simply a matter of them trying to avoid responsibility for their mistake. I can't not recommend using them, as if you have a problem, they will refuse responsibility and even accuse you of sabotaging it.

Covar air care was suggested by a family friend because my AC guy was out of town they will definitely be my go to AC company for now on!

Covar just installed around 30 Condensors. And 30 evaporators on our property , haven't had a problem with them at all ..i would highly recommend them to anyone and everyone they are quick clean.. and i work for senior living so a smile goes along way .. They had a smile from the beginning to the end with all of my residents, not only were we satisfied but as for our residents aswel... Keep up the great work guys...

They came out and installed a new 18 seer system that no one else could get a hold of their staff was very polite and professional and had us Up and going in one day!
