Ronnie is very responsive, professional, knowledgeable and thorough. He arrived within two hours of my first contact. He diagnosed and found the problem, got right to work and we had cool air within just a few hours of noticing a problem. In addition he is just a really nice human being and a pleasure to work with. If I could give him more stars I would! Excellent!

Ronnie was incredibly professional and punctual on his response. He was able to make the repairs in less than an hour and is very reasonable. We’ve been without AC since this heat wave of 105 hit Houston. It was unbearable and having a disabled child and caring for my 90 year old mother … it was unacceptable. I called our AC company several times who promised to stop by the next day but kept canceling and moving the date until we couldn’t take it anymore. I am incredibly thankful for my daughter’s school director of Friends of Down Syndrome who highly recommended Ronnie with Controlled Air. He is AMAZING, he is now our go-to AC company.

Jay is a goof with the one star. We have used Ronnie for my house and
the mother in laws house for 20+ years. Controlled Air doesn't know how to rip off people, but there are companies that do.
Quality control is high, and always has been.
