A-Plus came out today on short notice to give me a quote on my air conditioner replacement. They were the second company I had out and I was so impressed that I cancelled the company which was coming out tomorrow morning. They listened to my concerns and even provided an easy to read thermostat for my legally blind husband. I am extremely happy with everything they did!

Great work by Ray and his team. We had a whole new system put in last year and now they just came to do our check up. Honest and reliable company, don’t hesitate to call them!

Ray was our Mechanic and he was amazing! Super friendly, kind and would explain everything that he was doing! Double checked to make sure no wires were out that would hurt/kill my dog. Taking the extra step that not everyone does. Thank you so much!

Honest, reliable, timely and quality are adjectives that come to mind to describe their work. One can always expect a full explanation of what was done and, for periodic service, recommendations for work that should be done.

10/22/19: Andrew called and said he'd had a cancellation and asked to arrive early. That worked out well. He seemed knowledgeable and took his time inspecting both the A/C and heater for just a check-up. I'm always concerned about turning on the gas heater in the fall before having it inspected. I was disappointed that he couldn't take the readings on the A/C because of the temperature outside. I didn't realize that cooler outside temperatures would be a problem for that. The A/C has been cooling fine throughout the summer so I'll just call them back if I have a problem. The units are about 15 years old so I need to think about replacing them in the near future, but hopefully that can wait until next year.

Amazingly positive experience and quality of service. A-Plus personnel takes abundant time to highlight options, executes as agreed. The time to deploy an entirely new system from point of sale assessment to actual installation far exceeds industry norms.

Wonderful service. New inside and outside equipment changed out efficiently with minimal distribution to the home. Called with a concern the other day and they were out the next day to check our vents. Would recommend this company to anyone. Have dealt with Andy and is so friendly, efficient and helpful.

Ray is awesome. It really sucks when you are having problems with your HVAC or furnace, but I can always count on Ray to get things working again.

I’m selling my home and wanted to replace my AC unit with an American Stardard unit. It’s considered the work horse in the industry. The A-Plus Mechanical team was professional and the install was done in a reasonable time. Thanks guys.
