They installed a heating and a/c unit, which included duct work, return air flow enhancement, and thermostat. They evaluated my electrical service to insure it was adequate. They also installed galvanized sheet metal to cover the duct work. The service was excellent and the technicians did an outstanding job. Now, I have a system that cools and heats my place. I am very happy with the company and will refer them to other potential customers.

Absolutely a wonderful company. We have been using Advill Air since we built this house in 1995. And everytime we get a thorough maintenance upkeep. If one of our units is out, they are always faithful to come as soon as they can to find and fix the problem with either one of our 2 units. They truly will move mountains with scheduling to rush and repair whats wrong, even all the way in Mercedes...their valleywide. When both our units of 20+ years were to be replaced, the owner, Adriel Villareal himself came after hours to install 2 window units in order to keep us cool while we waited a few days for our new units installations. All his staff from office to repairmen are ever so friendly, caring and make us the customers #1 priority. So folks, don't hesitate to call them for your AC repairs and installation. Thank you so much Advill Air, you keep us cool and warm all year long. Blessings to y'all.

Very professional installers. All my questions were answered and concerns addressed. Had a new unit installed and look forward to enjoying it for years to come. I definitely recommend this company.

Our A/C stopped cooling so I called Advill and they were at the house within an hour. They fixed the problem and A/C was running within 30 minutes after they arrived. Very happy with their prompt and excellent service. Highly recommend Advill Air Conditioning!

Had new A/C unit installed 10/18/2018. A/C unit was still cooling but not correctly on 3/1/2021 had 4 lbs of freon & dye kit added (nothing was done with the dye kit at the time). 17 days later A/C was no longer cooling & 3/18/2021 tech came out and replaced evap. coil & 2 lbs freon added. This was to correct freon leak. 7/8/2021 a different tech. (Jessie) came out and repaired freon leak again and tech stated on paper work no refrigerant in system and added 9 lbs of freon. Tech (Jessie) told me the freon pipe /rubbed against the wall which caused the freon to leak. Tech. (Jessie) stated was company's (installer's) fault for not insulating the pipe correctly on installation of evap. coil. Jessie stated he always insulates the coil. 4 months latter received bill for $737.89 ($85.00 Diagnostic Fee $652.00 repair what should have already been fixed and more freon). Advill would not accept responsibility for their tech's error. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ADVILLE AC!

I'm extremely disappointed with this company. My unit is less than two years old and has been nothing but problems. To begin with, the installers did not seal it properly, causing the inside unit to sweat really bad. (Brand new home mind you) We had them out repeatedly to address it. The first time, we were told that it was normal 😡 (it's not). Then we called them out again several more times before they finally figured out that they didn't seal the compartment, so hot hair was constantly getting into the AC compartment causing condensation (not just a little either, it was a lot of water... It was causing mold to grow). It took over a year for them to finally fix that. Who knows how much money I wasted on my electricity bill because the unit ran non stop trying to keep the air cool.

Then after that issue got squared away, our AC broke altogether. They came out but this time, they charged us $120 to fix the part that broke because we were beyond our 1 yr warranty. Then TWO weeks later, the heater broke... Again they came out and fixed it... Again charging us $120.

I honestly believe that the issues with this unit are their fault because they consistently looked over the insulation issues, causing it to run non-stop and create condensation... and because of that, the conditions have either overworked the parts or rusted them out. The only other option is that they installed a lemon in my new-build home and either way, they should have the integrity to do the right thing. I shouldn't be paying $120 repeatedly for issues that Advil Air likely caused. It's only two years old and has been serviced regularly by Advil Air. I shared all this with the company and even asked to speak to the manager or owner but wasn't given the opportunity. When I mentioned the fact that it could be a lemon, she was quick to point out that lemon laws don't apply to their company... Well that's fantastic, but I would think doing the right thing and operating a business with integrity would.

    RESPONSE to Owner:

Respectfully, you're not going to convince me that my unit was supposed to condense. My neighbors' units have ZERO condensation on them. And now that the cabinet is sealed properly, neither does mine. For the record, your serviceman did not remove any weather stripping (I was there watching everything he was doing, so nice try on that)... Plus, it took OVER A YEAR for you guys to properly diagnose what was going on. Hot air was getting in from our attic because it wasn't sealed up properly when YOU guys installed the unit.

You're also not going to convince me that my unit didn't endure un-needed pressure in that year that you guys couldn't diagnose it.

As for the rest, those are just convenient excuses to keep charging your customers $120 for issues that shouldn't even be arising on a unit that is barely TWO years old and has been serviced regularly by YOU!

And you're right, lemon laws in Texas only apply to autos... But that doesn't mean that's all they SHOULD apply to. If you need a law to force you to do the right thing when conducting business, then I have every right to question your integrity as a Christian business owner.

We thought it would be prudent to replace our 25 year old HVAC system. Advill was one of four companies who gave us quotes. Adriel Villarreal gave us quotes on several different systems and gave us the benefits of each. He also pointed out (correctly) some issues with our duct work. The system we picked was installed on the agreed upon day and took as long as he predicted. There were no additional hidden charges. We are extremely happen with the system chosen.

They were very professional while they installed the unit. I would definitely recommend this to other first time buyers of a HVAC system. Mr. Villarreal patiently explained the process very clear and explained the entire process perfectly. I'm pleased with him and his workers that installed my unit. Thanks!
