I've had several unpleasant experiences with a previous air conditioning service company off of 820 and Central Park Drive. When I needed service this time I decided to give Air Worth a try after several neighborhood recommendations and I'm glad I did. The technicians were polite, honest and straightforward. They informed me of the problem along with the exact price of repair parts and applied current promotions without my request. Upon completion I inspected their work and was very satisfied by the attention to detail that only comes with experience. When installing the new parts they wrote the date of installation for future reference, cleaned the area and replaced mounting screws that the previously mentioned company lost and failed to replace. It's this attention to detail that highlights the quality of Air Worth's technicians. I was a technician in a different field for ten years and can appreciate quality repair work.

I am extremely happy with AirWorth customer service. I discovered AirWorth about 5 years ago and do not think other companies are as knowledgeable and personable. David and Mark have been punctual, professional, and honest. In addition, price is reasonable and fair. I've used other companies in the past and I was constantly spending money out of my own pocket. They never got to the main cause to why my a/c was not working properly. When I called AirWorth, Mark knew immediately what the issue was and immediately checked to see if there was still warranty on the unit. The main office filed a claim for part replacements which saved me thousands and the unit was replaced immediately. They've gone above and beyond for me and bc of that I highly recommend this company.

David came out on a Sunday right before the Cowboys game was supposed to start and was able to quickly diagnose and fix an issue with our thermostat wire. I was having nightmares that we would need a new outside unit, so for him to tell us otherwise was such a relief! He answered right away and was helpful in giving additional recommendations to prevent the issue in the future. We have had work done inside as well in the past few months and had great rapport and experience then as well. Thank you David! I highly recommend this company!

The only company that was able to send technicians to my place the same day. Solved my problem and also willing to elaborate the problem and the process taken to solve it. Tony was the guy, kind and old school, very knowledgeable, highly recommend. It's not the cheapest but fairly priced. Will be my 1st choice if I run into problems again.

Air Worth recently installed a new American Standard Platinum unit in my 35 year old house. I have become a huge fan of the "variable speed compressor" technology and the ability to control the thermostat from my iPhone. Matt Romero and his crew could not have been better to work with. The unit was inspected today by the City of Hurst inspector who said the workmanship was superb.

Our outside unit was not running today. The first company said "compressor was seized up and capacitor was bad on the fan side and moisture/water in the wiring in the air exchanger in the attic", so they recommended replacing outside and inside units for just under $7K. I paid them for the service call $40. Had Air Worth visit, Mark Beiger was the tech, he identified two components outside to replace, the fan motor and capacitor, and said the compressor was good. He had replacement parts on his truck. He also said attic unit drain was stopped up which was creating the moisture issue in the wiring area. So two components replaced outside, clearing of the drain in the attic, and we paid less than 10% of the other estimate. I have a year warranty on the parts and labor. If another component, for instance the compressor, does fail then I am back to considering complete replacement because of the age (18 yrs). This was acceptable to me and I'm glad I had more than one opinion. Thanks Mark and Air Worth, you are cool and now we are too.
