The crew at Rescue Cooling has been a delight to work with on renting six portable AC units while our condominium complex was undergoing AC repairs. They were helpful and accomodating on the ordering process and the young men who delivered and picked up were polite and professional. I would definitely recommend them to anyone and will use them again as the need arises.

I had the pleasure of using this service. Our air conditioner went out and we found these folks that afternoon within few hours the portable units we ordered were delivered. Cody came in set them up made suggestions to cool us down per Square footage which made us more comfortable than we would have been great job!

This post from pam hernandez with experience from Rescue Cooling. I shopped around yesterday for two portable units for residential. Came across your company and called. Mohammed helped me over the phone, he was very pleasant and helpful. The price was right and we picked them up yesterday. Thankfully the AC repair man was able to fix the AC this morning and I brought the units back to Grand Prairie. I met Nick who was very nice and my husband and I cannot say enough nice things about Rescue Cooling. If we ever need your services again, we will definitely choose your Grand Prairie office I would give the 10 stars!!

Unfortunately our AC went out in this horrible Texas heat but thank goodness I decided to look up portable ac units because Rescue Cooling popped up and I am so glad I went with them. He got us one the same day and we picked it up and I tell you it did the job until we were able to get our AC fixed. I would definitely recommend them! They explained everything and were very accommodating!

My ac went out in the middle of a 100 degree plus Dallas heat wave. I live in a duplex and the repairman needs attic access located in my neighbors unit. In normal circumstances this would not be a problem. Unfortunately both my neighbors were ill with covid and repairs had to be delayed until they recovered and completed their quarantine.

Rescue Cooling saved the day. Their equipment is easy to install, highly effective, and reasonably priced. Their people are first rate. There are not enough stars in the West Texas sky to fairly rate their service.

We were super satisfied with the rental ! The portable AC units were dropped off and set up within an hour of us calling. One of the guys (Cody) were super helpful and nice , we will definitely use this company again if we ever need them!

Rescue Cooling definitely rescued us! We had a grad party scheduled at an outdoor pavilion when we learned that the heat index was going to be over 100 degrees in May!! They worked overtime with the city of Coppell to get all the necessary insurance and permits taken care of ASAP! We sure appreciated it and so did our guests!!

Super nice guys. Easy to deal with. Our AC went out and they got us cooled down in hours. I highly recommend, will use again and again if needed and refer friends to them. Cheers!
